It was definitely a different feeling seeing my kid walk around having fun last night for Halloween while thinking about the war going on and all the children dying. It’s beyond comprehension. Just trying to stay grateful. Real estate – my prediction is that when rates come down to 6.0-6.5% (hopefully in next 1-2 years) we are going to see a tidal wave of buyers rushing and competing to buy and prices will soar.
